مقدمه

پیشرفت زندگی بشر به طور عمده ،ناشی از استفاده وسیع از فلزات گوناگون بوده است .

امروزه میزان کاربرد سالانه فلزات در هر کشور ،نشان دهنده توسعه و رشد اقتصادی آن جامعه است این رشد پیشرفت تکنولوژی در نتیجه هزاران سال زندگی انسان و کسب تجربه های گوناگون در چگونگی استفاده ازفلزات حاصل شده است سر آغاز راه چنین رشد عظیمی ،ساخت مصنوعات فلزی بسیار ابتدایی بوده است . شواهد نشان می دهند که انسان دست کم از پنج هزار سال پیش فلز را شناخته و آن را دستمایه زندگی خود کرده است اهمیت کشف فلز و استفاده از آن در ساخت ابزار به قدری مهم است که دوره هایی از زندگی انسان را به اسم فلزات نام گذاری کرده اند مثل عصر مس ، عصر مفرغ و عصر آهن .

کشت فلفل رنگی در گلخانه

1- تعریف گلخانه:

تقسیم بندی بر اساس نوع تولید:

فلفل رنگی با دارا بودن ۱۲ برابر ویتامین c نسبت به پرتقال یکی از پر مصرف ترین سبزیجات در اروپا و آمریکا می باشد که با رنگ ها و طعم گوناگون به صورت خام و یا پخته مصرف می گردد.چنانچه بتوان فلفل های رنگی را با کیفیت بالا تولید نمود با توجه به مصرف زیاد آن در فصل زمستان می توان مطمئن بود که بازار خوبی در داخل و خارج از کشور برای این محصول مهیا و آماده است.

شروع کشت : کشت فلفل در خزانه شروع می شود معمولا در اروپا از نیمه اکتبر تا نیمه نوامبر کشت در خزانه آغاز می شود.یعنی از مهر تا آبان ماه و پس از ۶۰ روز نشاء را به گلخانه اصلی منتقل می کنند و برای یک سال از آن محصول برداشت می نمایند.این زمان کشت می تواند برای مناطق شمال ایران در نظر گرفته شود و در مناطق جنوب از اوائل تیرماه می توان کشت در خزانه را آغاز کرد البته باید در مناطق جنوبی کشور که هوا گرمتر است محیط مناسب را برای خزانه مهیا نمود.چنانچه میزان نوردهی و دمای خزانه مطلوب و درست باشد نشاء پس از ۴۵ روز آماده انتقال به زمین اصلی است ، مشروط به آن که دمای محیط خزانه در شب و روز بین ۲۵ تا ۲۶ درجه سانتی گراد باشد و برای جوانه زدن بذر رطوبتی در حد ۸۰ درصد ایجاد گردد.با این شرایط می توان امیدوار بود که بذرها بین ۷ تا۱۰ روز جوانه بزنند در این مرحله میزان نور برای باروری بهینه جوانه ها بین ۱۶ تا ۱۸ ساعت در روز است.وقتی جوانه ها سر از خاک بیرون آورند دمای محیط را باید بین ۲۳ تا ۲۴ درجه سانتی گراد و رطوبت محل را بین ۶۵ تا ۷۰ درصد تنظیم کرد در صورتی که دمای بستر هم در حد ۲۱ درجه سانتی گراد باشد یک دوره دو هفته ای را به انتظار می نشینیم. در محل خزانه تراکم بوته باید به گونه ای باشد که بر روی یکدیگر سایه نینداخته و از طرفی با رشد نشا همواره جای بیشتری را برای آنها در نظر گرفت از هفته پنجم دمای محیط را بر روی ۲۴ درجه در روز و ۲۲ درجه در شب تنظیم کرده و دمای محیط بستر را به ۲۰ درجه سانتی گراد می رسانیم چنانچه مقدار نور از ۱۸ ساعت به ۱۴ ساعت در روز تغییر یابد با توجه به وضعیت اقلیمی پس از گذشت ۲ تا ۴ هفته گیاه جوان به اندازه ۲۰ سانتی متر ارتفاع یافته و ۴ برگ حقیقی بر روی ساقه نمایان می شود.در این حالت نشاء فلفل آماده انتقال به زمین است.فراموش نکنیم که قبل از انتقال نشاء گلخانه از هر حیث مهیا باشد تا به راحتی بتوان شرایط رشد گیاه را مهیا نمود. در اینجا باید تاکید کرد که نباید در انتقال نشاء به زمین اصلی زمان را از دست داد و تاخیر نمود.زیرا این بی توجهی باعث مشکلاتی در طول دوره رشد و باروری ایجاد می کند.از طرفی شرایط محیطی گلخانه باید از نظر نور و دما مطلوب و قابل کنترل بوده و فضای خزانه عاری از هر گونه علف های هرز و آفات و بیماریها باشد تا گیاه جوان بتواند مراحل اولیه رشد خود را در شرایط مساعدی انجام دهد زیرا گیاهی که در وضعیت نامطلوب متولد می شود در ابتدا با مشکلات عمده ای مواجه خواهد شد و در صورتی که این گیاه زنده بماند هرگز نمی تواند یک گیاه سالم و قوی در دوره رشد خود باشد. حال می توان با آرامش خاطر نشاء را با تراکم ۲ بوته در متر مربع کشت نمود در این شرایط یعنی پس از انتقال نشاء به گلخانه دمای بستر بین ۱۸ تا ۲۰ درجه و دمای فضای گلخانه در شب ۱۹ درجه و در روز ۲۱ درجه سانتی گراد و رطوبت محل بین ۵۵ تا ۶۰ درصد باید باشد با توجه به زمان کشت پس از گذشت ۴ تا ۶ هفته بوته دارای شاخه و برگ و گل می شود و ارتفاع آن به ۳۰ سانتی متر می رسد. وقتی بوته فلفل به ارتفاع ۳۰ سانتی متری رسید کلیه برگ ها و شاخه های فرعی و گل های آن را تا ارتفاع ۳۰ سانتی متری هرس می کنیم وفقط اجازه می دهیم ۲ تا ۳ شاخه فرعی رشد نماید.

وضعیت کشاورزی در ایران از دید آمار و ارقام:

کشاورزی ارگانیک و تنوع زیستی(Biodiversity)

جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تولید حدود 100 میلیون تن از نظر تنوع محصولات کشاورزی رتبه سوم را در جهان دارد.
خبر معاون امور بین الملل و امور آفریقا در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی در سومین اجلاس وزرای کشاورزی همکاری های اقتصادی - منطقه ای (اکو) در تهران گفت: ایران از 66 محصول اصلی کشاورزی/ تولید کننده عمده 25 نوع است که بیشتر انها جزو محصولات باغی هستند.
تنوع اب و هوایی و شرایط تولید مناسب موجب شده است ایران در بسیاری از محصولات کشاورزی مانند خاوریا و محصولات شیلاتی / پسته / زعفران / مرکبات / سیب/ انگور/ خرما/ خشکبار / زیره و غیره از عمده تولید کنندگان و صادر کنندگان جهان شناخته شود.
اجلالی گفت : سرمایه گذاری به عنوان عامل مهم در رشد وجهش اقتصادی از جمله در رشد بخش کشاورزی به حساب می اید.
با وجود آنکه در دهه های اخیر هیچ گاه سهم کشاورزی از سرمایه گذاری 10درصد فراتر نرفته اما در سالهای اخیر سعی شده است با افزایش جاذبه سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی که اغلب کمتر از نصف سایر بخشها بوده است و با استفاده از ساز و کارهای روزامد مالی و اقتصادی سرمایه گذاری در این بخش افزایش یابد و فرصت های شغلی بیشتری بوجود اید.
به همین منظور برنامه های زیر ساختی به اجرا درامده است و استمرار دارد که از ان جمله می توان افزایش راندمان آب / حفاظت و اصلاح از اراضی/ افزایش تولید و توزیع ادوات و تجهیزات کشاورزی /تامین و استفاده بهینه از نهاده های کشاورزی به ویژه استفاده از بذور مرغوب و مقاوم ، مبارزه با آفات و بیماریها با استفاده از روشهای نوین / توسعه واحدهای تولیدی دامی و شیلاتی / برنامه های پایش / پیشگیری و مبارزه با بیماریهای دامی/ اجرای برنامه های جنگداری و آبخیزداری و انتقال نتایج تحقیقات به واحدهای تولیدی اشاره کرد که هر سال از رشد قابل توجهی برخوردارند.
نتایج همه سیاست ها و برنامه ها موجب شده است همواره حتی در شرایط نامطلوب اقلیمی بخش کشاورزی رشد مثبتی در کشور داشته باشد که در بعضی سالها این رشد به حدود 10درصد نیز رسیده است.
معاون امور بین الملل و امور آفریقا در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی گفت : توسعه و کسب سهم بیشتر از بازار برای این قبیل محصولات تنها در سایه به کارگیری فناوری های نوین بویژه در زمینه فراوری و بسته بندی امکان پذیر است.
البته همزمان تلاشهای زیادی به عمل امده تا موانع تجاری و فعالیت بخش خصوصی برطرف شود و این بخش بتواند با ویژگی های ممتازی که دارد منابع بیشتری را جذب کند و علیرغم تمام توانایی های بالقوه ای که برای توسعه صادرات محصولات کشاورزی وجود دارد و هنوز از انها بهره برداری نشده است.
