چکیده : تزریق آب بدرون مخازن نفتی کربناته اغلب کارایی مناسبی ندارد زیرا بسیاری از این مخازن نفت دوست یا یا ترشوندگی متوسط هستند و بعلاوه این مخازن اغلب بسیار هتروژن هستند. مخازن ترکدار طبیعی اهداف چالش برانگیزی برای سیلاب زنی شیمیایی هستند زیرا این دسته از مخازن دارای تراوایی بالایی بین ترکها و تراوایی کمتر ی در ناحیه ماتریسها میباشند. تعدادی از بزرگترین مخازن نفتی دنیا از نوع کربناته ترکدار هستند که دارای دمای بالا و همچنین میزان آب نمک بالایی میباشند.

How social neuroscience can inform theories of social comparison
Abstract
Social comparison pervades our interactions with others, informing us of our standing and motivating
improvement, but producing negative emotional and behavioral consequences that can harm relation-
ships and lead to poor health outcomes. Social neuroscience research has begun to illuminate some
mechanisms by which status divides lead to interpersonal consequences. This review integrate score
findings on the neuroscience of social comparison processes, showing the effects of comparing the self
to relevant others on dimensions of competence and warmth. The literature converges to suggest that
relative status divides initiate social comparison processes, that upward and downward comparisons
initiate pain-and pleasure-related neural responses, and that these responses can predict people's kindly or aggressive intentions toward one another. Across different types of comparisons, brain regions involved in mentalizing are also sometimes involved. Along with future work, the research reviewed here may inform efforts to mitigate negative outcomes of constant social comparisons.

This paper investigates the effect of management team-level characteristics on portfolio risk and style extremity
using a unique dataset of 1678 mutual fund managers. Results show that teams with more members,
longer tenure, and more members with graduate business training hold less risky portfolios. The opposite is
true for teams whose members engage in side-by-side management; that is, they manage multiple funds simultaneously. Member diversity is related to less extreme style decisions. These findings have important implications
for fund management companies as they make decisions about the composition of management
teams as well as for individual investors’ investment allocation decisions.

Abstract
Firms facing significant business risks have incentives to mitigate the costs of these risks by adjusting their capital
firms reduce their leverage in response to these political risks: a one standard deviation increase in foreign political risk is associated with 3.5% reduced leverage. The effect of foreign political risks on leverage is most pronounced for firms in industries whose returns are most susceptible to political influence.
